Three Principles transformational coaching is essentially a series of conversations in which we explore the nature of the human experience. It is not like therapy, as I do not seek to fix anything, and there is no need to go back into the past or to analyse your personality or behaviour.
It is not like traditional coaching or other personal development methodologies that require the application of techniques or practices. There is nothing to practice; there are no techniques.
These conversations are where you will find the truth of what it is to be human that leaves you with a clearer mind and ability to live life more fully, become more impactful and able to handle daily stresses and strains, leaving you to live a happier and more meaningful life.
As humans we get caught up believing that all of our feelings and thoughts are coming from our circumstances; in fact this myth is perpetuated throughout our lives by the media, our friends and family – but once you begin to see that your experience can only ever come from you, things will begin to shift and change in your life dramatically.
