I threw myself into a career in alternative health qualifying as a homeopath and a craniosacral therapist and then went onto train as a transformational wellbeing coach. After many years still feeling like there was something more, I came across an understanding of how our minds work and that changed everything for me. The 20 years of self help and searching that came before helped a little, of course, but it’s this understanding of the Three Principles of Wellbeing that has singularly made the most difference to my life (so far). All of a sudden everything made sense and I saw that happiness and wellbeing really is an inside job. I discovered that we have a natural, inbuilt state of calm and clarity that we can access at any time, that’s independent of life’s circumstances.
