Every one of us feels like life is spinning out of control at times but that does not mean that you don’t have the ability to cope

Transformational Life Coaching

TIME FOR CHANGE

‘It’s about you. I’m helping you help yourself.’

We all know what it feels like to become disconnected from our wellbeing. The mind  speeds up, bringing us down as it devotes all its energy to anxiety, worry and stress.

What if there was a way to experience a peaceful mind, clarity, security and confidence that didn't involve rituals, tools or practices? Something new to see, that took things off your  mind and lightened the load?

Finding the truth of what it is to be simply human and leaving you with the ability to live life more fully and freely.

The Refresher Session

For those that know
Take a breath,
Don’t panic.

This is for you if you have worked with me before or you already have an understanding of the Three Principles and know you are off track.

I’ve got you. I often find we don’t need a whole hour.

Sometimes we just need someone to nudge us back on track.

Let’s get you re-set, refreshed and feeling ok again.

Craniosacral Therapy

If you come to see me in person at my Whitstable practice I can offer you cranio-sacral therapy or a combination of coaching and cranio-sacral therapy which really compliment each other.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy is an exceptionally gentle yet extremely powerful form of treatment that can be used to encourage your body’s own natural healing capacity - so whether your goal is to soothe and balance a system that is stressed, over stimulated, exhausted, lacking in energy, or to manage pain, cranio-sacral is holistically beneficial.
